Los Angeles, CA – Executive Music Group has announced they will exclusively release The McClymonts debut album titled “Chaos and Bright Lights” in the U.S. on August 17th. The up and coming, award-winning, young country act from Australia will kick off their first official U.S. concert dates beginning August 12th supporting chart-topping country artist Jason Aldean, award-winning country group Lady Antebellum and the legendary Ozzy Osbourne.
NASHVILLE, Tenn - The Professional Bull Riders announced that rising Australian country music trio The McClymonts are scheduled to perform on the Cooper Tire Stage before the elite Built Ford Tough Series Jack Daniels Invitational on Aug. 14 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.
Tickets begin at $10 and can be purchased at www.TicketMaster.com and by telephone at (800) 745-3000. Bull riding begins at 7:50 p.m. on Aug. 14 and at 2 p.m. on Aug. 15.
The trio, who will also perform during intermission of the Nashville event, are from New South Wales, which is also the home of BFTS riders Brendon Clark (Morpeth, New South Wales, Australia) and Ben Jones (Goulburn, New South Wales, Australia) as well as brothers Jared Farley (Kempsey, New South Wales, Australia) and Pete Farley (Kempsey, New South Wales, Australia), who represented Australia in the 2010 PBR World Cup.
The last show of the tour was at Fort Vancouver, OR for their Independence Day Festivities. It was a great way to wrap up the tour! Now, the girls are heading back to Australia for some home country shows! They’ll be back at the beginning of August to promote the release of their album, which drops on August 17th! Independence day is just around the corner, and what better way to spend it than with the McClymonts at the festivities in Fort Vancouver, Oregon. If you heard them on the radio this morning on KMPS in Seattle, you’re only about 3 hours away from all the fun! The McClymonts will be playing on the Acoustic stage, which is in the prime viewing area for the fireworks. They go on at 7:30, so be sure to catch them, and then stick around for the Fireworks at 10:05 over historic Fort Vancouver.
Just about 3 weeks after their first appearance with Jason Aldean, the McClymonts are at it again – this time, in Orange Beach, AL. The crowd was bigger and more responsive than ever. Almost 9,200 people attended the event. The shows with Jason Aldean have been great and he’s invited the girls to play some more dates with him when they return in August. Fans and the Floatrite Amphitheatre were out in full force to see Gretchen Wilson at the Country Splash concert series in Somerset, WI. The McClymonts opened up the show and were a huge success! Bucky Covington and Joe Nichols also played that day. There was a great turnout for the meet and greet following the performance, which is always good since most of the fans didn’t know about the girls until that day. Now, the girls are off to Nashville to do some writing!
The McClymonts just wrapped up 3 performances at CMA fest in Nashville, TN. The week was full of some of the biggest stars in country music, including Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, and so many more! They started their 3-day run of shows with an afternoon performance at Cadillac Ranch. Friday they headed over to the Hard Rock Café outdoor stage for another afternoon performance followed by a booth signing with The Country Network (TCN). For the final day of CMA week the girls headed over to Public Square Park and performed at the Music City Zone, signed autographs with Honky Tonk TV and did some interviews with Dreamwest magazine. It was a great week for music in Nashville and the McClymonts.
Yesterday the McClymonts made the trip down to sunny Virginia Beach for their first show with country star, Jason Aldean for the 6th Annual Virginia Beach Patriotic Festival. The event was sponsored by 97.3 The Edge. With the stage right on the beach, the turnout was nothing short of perfect. The McClymonts started the day out and were shown overwhelming support from all of the fans. Virginia Beach is one stop that the girls will try their hardest to revisit when they come back before the end of the year.
The McClymonts have officially returned to the United States. The first major stop for the girls was NARM, which they just finished up on the 18th. The McClymonts proved to be a huge success when they performed on the main stage in front of all US retail buyers. Throughout the week, they did interviews with TV and radio, two of which were CBS and CNN. After meeting the girls and watching them win over the crowd, president of NARM, Jim Donio, pledged his contentions support for the girls. NARM week has been a great welcoming back for the McClymonts.
Executive Music Group introduces The McClymonts to their first CRS event. It's one of many first steps as the Aussie sisters embark on developing their careers in the US.
